Return Conditions

You may return items within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

• Unused items: Products must be new, unused, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and fasteners attached.

• Original packaging intact: Packaging must be complete and undamaged.

• No signs of use: Returned items must show no wear or damage.

• Return to China: Since our products ship from China, returns must be sent back to our China return address.

Please note: If returned items do not meet these requirements, we cannot accept the return. Tiamo Jewellery reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected use or damage outside our responsibility.

Shipping & Refund

• Tracking required: Please ensure your return parcel includes Track & Trace. If a parcel is lost without tracking, no refund can be issued.

• Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer.

• Refund timing: Once we receive your return, we’ll email a confirmation. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation window: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes after it is placed. After this window, processing begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
